International Candidates/Students Admission Procedure

Who Can Apply?

Foreign citizens, PIO (Persons of Indian Origin), OCI (Overseas Citizens of India), NRI (Non Resident Indian) students/candidates, NRI sponsored candidates/students & candidates from SAARC Nations can apply under the Foreign/ NRI category.

How to Apply?

Admission Cell of Advance Institute for Professional & Technological Studies (AIPS GLOBAL) is the nodal point for international students. Foreign/ NRI students can apply in any program as per their interest.

The admissions are based on the eligibility criteria/qualification/interest of the candidates. International students/candidates seeking admission in

• Diploma Programs (1 Yr)
• Advance PGD Programs (1Yr)
• Advance Comprehensive PGD (2Yr) should have Graduate/Under Graduate Degree/Diploma or any other equivalent to Indian degrees or diplomas.

Categories of Foreign, SAARC Candidates/Students

Foreign Candidates/Students: Candidates/Students holding the passport issued by foreign countries including people of Indian origin (who have acquired the nationality of foreign country) are classified as foreign students.

Non Resident Indians (NRI): A student who has studied his qualifying examination (equivalent to the 10+2 of India) from a school or college (outside India) will be considered as NRI students.

NRI Sponsored Students: An NRI sponsored student is an Indian citizen whose direct blood relative (Parents, Grand Parents, Parent's direct Brother/Sister or Candidate's direct Brother/Sister) is an NRI.

SAARC Nationalist: Candidates/Students from SAARC countries will take admission under candidates from SAARC Nation category.

Steps to Get Admission

Step 1: Obtain the Application Form by either of the following options:

1. Submit online application form from website. Click Apply Now
2. Mail us your details & the college officials will mail you the Application Form.
3. Download the Application Form & take the printout.
4. Write to college at the following address to request for application form:

Step 2: 

• Fill the Application Form in your own handwriting & mail us the scan copy of form on info@aipsglobal.com
• Candidates may also take the snapshot of dully filled Application Form & send via whatsApp on +91  98917 35794
• Candidates can also post the dully filled application form to the college address via post.

Step 3: Attach the following documents:

• Paste passport size colored photograph on the Application Form.
• Self Attested copy of the educational documents preferably last exams.
• Copy of the Passport (if available)
• Proof of NRI/OCI/PIO/SAARC status of the student/ parents/ sponsor (if available)
• Any photo id proof

• Scanned copy of Application Form along with the program fees in favor of “Technological Studies Pvt. Ltd.” via RTGS or NEFT

Step 4: When the application form is received, the candidate will be get an acknowledgement mail with an enrollment number. Students will also be intimated if additional information is required.

Step 5: The study kit with all necessary documents such as payment receipt, admission confirmation letter, sample question papers & books will be dispatched to the candidate after the allotment of enrollment number.

Step 6: A dedicated mail id will be provided to the students/candidates for query/doubt related purpose.
